Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
Registered Respiratory Therapist
Registered Vascular diagnostic medical sonographer
I was born in Duncan, OK and raised in Kingfisher and Lawton. I have 4 siblings, one who is my identical twin. I graduated from Eisenhower High School and completed by Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Cameron University. My medical career began at Comanche County Memorial Hospital in the Cardiopulmonary Department as a Respiratory Therapist in 1989 and pursued cardiovascular ultrasound in 1998.
From 2004-2009, I worked part-time as a sonographer with a local cardiologist. In 2009, I relocated and began working for Mercy Hospital in OKC as a Respiratory Therapist as well as assisting with (EBUS)Endobronchial Ultrasounds utilized for staging cancer.
I accepted an opportunity to provide diagnostic ultrasounds at Dr. Kadivar’s office in 2010 and I enjoy reading and listening to podcasts, audio books, and talk radio on my commute to Lawton. My wife, Janie, and I juggle the schedules and life’s journey with our 4 children, Jillian, Jason, Jessica, and Jennifer along with our dog, Lincoln, and cats.

In Memory of Natalie Smith, APRN
It is with a heavy heart that we honor the memory of Natalie Smith, our cherished nurse practitioner who passed away on July 14, 2025. Natalie was not just a dedicated healthcare professional but a beloved member of our team and community.
Natalie was born and raised right here in Lawton, Oklahoma. She graduated from MacArthur High School and built a remarkable career in nursing, starting with her Associate Degree from Midwestern State University and later earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. She brought over a decade of clinical expertise from Comanche County Memorial Hospital, where she served in various roles, including the ICU, CCU, and as an Administrative Supervisor.
After earning her master's degree and certification as an Adult Health Nurse Practitioner, Natalie joined our practice and became an irreplaceable part of our team. She was known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and her deep commitment to the well-being of everyone she cared for.
Natalie’s life beyond the clinic was just as full. She was an active member of Letitia Baptist Church and loved spending her time gardening, camping, fishing, and cheering on OU Football.
Natalie passed away on July 14, 2025, at the age of 67. Her funeral services were held at Letitia Baptist Church, and she now rests in Letitia Cemetery. She leaves behind a loving family and many friends who will always remember her warmth, dedication, and kindness.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to Hospice of Wichita Falls in Natalie’s memory.
We will miss Natalie dearly and remain forever grateful for the time we had with her. This tribute is just a small reflection of the enormous impact she had on our lives and the community.

I was born in Oklahoma City and raised in Mustang, OK. I graduated from Mustang High School and completed my Bachelor of Radiologic Technology in Sonography at the University of Oklahoma in 2003.
I married my high school sweetheart, Jason, and we moved to Duncan shortly after I graduated from OU. We have 3 kids, Macy, Mackenzie, and Noah that keep us 3 busy with their school, theatre, and TKD. I have worked in southwest Oklahoma my entire career in both hospital and clinical settings. I enjoy the diversity and challenges that sonography presents, no two days are ever the same. In my free time I enjoy traveling with my family, hiking, reading, and working on my growing candle business that started as my quarantine 2020 hobby.
