Aryan P. Kadivar, M.D.
Aryan P. Kadivar, M.D. is a Family Practice Physician in Lawton, Oklahoma and has been certified by the American Board of Family Medicine Since 2006.
Dr. Kadivar is a past Chief of Staff at Southwestern Medical Center and is the Section Chief of Family Medicine at Comanche County Memorial Hospital. Dr. Kadivar began his medical career at Ross University and graduated in 2000, before beginning his residency program at the Wesley Family Medicine Residency. Later, Dr. Kadivar transferred to the Southwest Oklahoma Family Practice Residency that is associated with the Oklahoma University School of Medicine, where he ultimately graduated. Before medical school, Dr. Kadivar graduated from the University of Texas in 1994, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology with minors in Chemistry and Biology, and played college football at the University of Texas as line-backer in 1991.
Dr. Kadivar served on the Southwestern Medical Center Medical Executive Committee, Credentials Committee, and currently serves on the Comanche County Memorial Hospital Physicians Improvement Committee. Dr. Kadivar is the past Medical Director of the Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbarics at Southwestern Medical Center.
Dr. Kadivar has broad experiences in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to help heal complex wounds, Sleep Medicine and all forms of Ultrasound and Doppler Imaging to include the specific regions of Cardiac, Vascular, Abdomen and Thyroid origins.
Dr. Kadivar’s primary interests are in Wound Care, Hyperbarics, Sports Medicine, Geriatrics and Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Obesity Control, Sleep Medicine, Endoscopic Surgery (Colon scopes and Stomach scopes), and Lipidology (treating high cholesterol). Dr. Kadivar has privileges to surgically excise skin cancers on the face and body.
His hobbies include competitive bicycling, water skiing, Aikido, scuba diving, and surfing. Dr. Kadivar is happily married to his wife Karie, and father to his sons Vann and Cyrus.
Dr. Kadivar currently operates two practices, one in Lawton located at 916 SW 38th Street, Suite D; as well as one in Elgin, located at 6560 US HWY 277. He currently accepts new patients at both locations, and accepts most private insurances, as well as Medicare, Tricare, and children with Medicaid.
